What devices are compatible with the NLEC TV app?

Our NLEC TV app is compatible with all major mobile devices.
iOS: iOS 10 and above
Android: 4.4 and above
Apple TV: Generation 4
Roku: Any current and supported devices (device list from Roku here)
If you have trouble downloading our app on a device, make sure your operating system meets the minimum requirements above. If you’re still having trouble, let us know what device and operating system you’re using and we’ll look into it further.

Incompatible Devices

These devices are currently incompatible with the NLEC TV app:
• Microsoft Surface
• Xbox
• Windows Phone (Microsoft has deprecated the windows phone)

Casting video from Chromecast-enabled apps to your TV

You can share content from our app to any Chromecast, Apple TV, or Chromecast enabled TV. You will want to locate the “Cast” logo on the top-right of our app.

1. Connect your mobile device, tablet, or computer to a Wi-Fi network.
2. The mobile device, tablet, or computer you are using to cast must be on the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast or TV with Chromecast built in. Note: To allow guests to cast without being on your Wi-Fi network, please read How to set up guest mode.
3. You must be running the latest version of the Chromecast-enabled app. You can always double check that you are on the latest version by visiting the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and checking for any app updates.
